Service Description
A professional wash and blow dry designed to refresh and smooth the hair, leaving it soft, manageable, and ready for styling. Perfect for maintaining healthy hair between treatments or as a foundation for your next style. Please select Voluminous Hair if your hair is thick, very full, or extends past shoulder length. This allows adequate time and product to be allocated for a seamless, high-quality result. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep • Hair must be detangled, free from heavy oils, and in a suitable condition for the selected service unless otherwise advised. • Clients should disclose any scalp conditions, sensitives, or hair concerns prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Lash Services Due to the precision and timing required for lash appointments, arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
