This service focuses on precision preparation, smooth foundations, and a flawless finish tailored to your chosen ponytail style. Ideal for clients seeking a luxury ponytail look with long-lasting hold, shine, and clean structure. Service Notes & Hair Preparation This service is offered with multiple ponytail options. Please select your desired variation at booking to allow appropriate time and preparation. Pricing From £60 Final pricing varies based on the selected ponytail variation and hair requirements. Install Prices (Labour Only) Coverage & Hair Quantity • Natural ponytail: No extensions required. Styled using clients own hair (half or full). • Sleek Signature Ponytail: Extensions required for length and fullness. • Sleek Ponytail with Half Weave: 1-2 bundles total, used across the ponytail and half weave. • Frontal Ponytail with Half Weave: 1 frontal + 1–2 bundles recommended Final hair quantity depends on desired fullness, length, and natural hair density. Hair Selection & Supply Hair supplied by Duchess Luxury Hair is provided in 100g bundles. Any unused hair will be returned to the client for future maintenance. Hair is not included in the install price. Clients may: • Supply their own high-quality 100% human hair, or • Pre-order Duchess Luxury Hair in advance of the appointment Frontal options and longer lengths may require advance notice to ensure availability. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep • Hair must be clean, dry, and free from heavy oils or residue before the appointment • Excessive product build-up or tangling may result in additional charges or rescheduling • Wrap or tie the ponytail at night to maintain sleekness • Avoid excessive tension or pulling to preserve longevity
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Location Full address details will be provided after booking confirmation via email or text. Please do not arrive without an appointment, as this is a private studio.
