Service Description
The Duchess Voluminous Weave is a professional, full-bodied weave installation tailored to your selected option: Leave-Out, Closure, or Frontal. This service includes a secure install, seamless blend, and polished finish for long-lasting, natural-looking results. Hair is not included unless stated. Service Notes & Hair Preparation Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions prior to booking. A consultation or assessment may be required to confirm suitability for this service. Final results depend on hair quality, density, and correct aftercare. Pricing From £120 Final pricing may vary depending on hair density, desired coverage, and finish. Install Prices (Labour Only) Coverage & Hair Quantity Coverage is tailored to each client and depends on natural hair density and desired fullness. Recommended guidelines: • Leave-Out Weave: 2 bundles (3 for fuller results or longer lengths) • Closure Weave: 2–3 bundles + closure • Frontal Weave: 2–3 bundles + frontal Hair is supplied by weight. Each bundle is 100g. The total number of bundles required will vary depending on coverage and style goals. Hair Selection (Required) Hair extensions are not included in the install price. Clients may: • Supply their own high-quality 100% human bundle extensions, or • Pre-order Duchess Luxury Hair at least 14 days before the appointment to allow time for sourcing and preparation. Any unused hair will be returned to the client for future maintenance. Hair Policy & Aftercare • Results and longevity depend on hair condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. • Maintenance is typically recommended every 6–8 weeks, depending on the service. • Incorrect aftercare may affect longevity and finish. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep • Hair must arrive clean, dry, fully detangled, and free from heavy oils or product build-up. • Any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or concerns must be disclosed before booking. • Unprepared hair may result in additional charges or rescheduling. • A Wash & Blow Dry Prep can be added if required.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Location Full address details will be provided after booking confirmation via email or text. Please do not arrive without an appointment, as this is a private studio.
