A full Texture Release service for clients having the treatment for the first time or after a long break. This professional system gently smooths the curl pattern from root to tip while maintaining elasticity and natural body. Each service includes deep cleansing, product application, steaming, neutralising, and a restorative conditioning treatment for long lasting softness and shine. Finished with a professional blow dry and silk press for a sleek, polished look. Optional add-ons are available to enhance tone, shape, or styling versatility. Please select Voluminous Hair if your hair is thick, very full, or extends past shoulder length. This allows adequate time and product to be allocated for a seamless, high-quality result. Service Notes & Hair Preparation • Hair must be detangled and in a suitable condition for the selected service unless otherwise advised. • Hair should be free from heavy oils, grease, or excessive product build up prior to your appointment • Clients should disclose any scalp conditions, sensitives, or hair concerns prior to the appointment. • Texture release services require a consultation and patch/strand test at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to assess scalp and hair suitability. • Hair must be clean and dry, and completely free from oils or heavy product residue to ensure safe and effective processing. • Do not scratch, irritate, or shampoo the scalp for at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to your appointment to minimise sensitivity and reduce the risk of chemical burns. • Bond protection using Olaplex No.1 and K18 treatments is included to support hair strength and elasticity during processing. • Processing time may vary depending on hair texture, density, and condition. • Where colour enhancement is required, a gloss may be applied. Toners are not used with texture release services. • After a texture release, avoid wetting, tying, or applying heavy products for 5–7 days to allow the treatment to fully activate and set.
