Service Description
A luxury semi-permanent extension method using premium tape-in extensions, designed for natural movement and a smooth, undetectable finish. Each tape weft lies flat against the scalp, blending seamlessly with your natural hair for lightweight, long-wearing volume and length with minimal tension. Precision tape-in installation with blend & finish. Service Notes & Hair Preparation Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or history of reactions before booking. A patch test for adhesive sensitivity may be required and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. With correct aftercare, tape-in extensions can last 6–8 weeks before maintenance. Longevity varies based on hair growth, lifestyle, and maintenance. Pricing from £180 Final pricing varies depending on hair texture, length, density, and colour match. Coverage & Hair Selection (Required) Half Head:Approx. 40 tapes - recommended for volume only. Full Head: Approx. 60–80 tapes - recommended for volume and length. Hair is supplied in weight. Each 100g bundle contains approximately 45-50 tape-ins (tape count may vary slightly depending n thickness and texture). Duchess Luxury Hair is sold exclusively in 100g bundles. Any unused hair is returned for future maintenance. Extra tape-in can be added via the Install Only add-ons if required. Hair Selection (Required) Hair extensions are not included in the install price. Clients may supply their own high-quality 100% human tape-in extensions, or choose to pre-order Duchess Luxury Hair at least 14 days before the appointment to allow time for sourcing and preparation. Hair Policy & Aftercare • Results and longevity depend on hair condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. • Maintenance is typically recommended every 8–10 weeks, depending on the service. • Incorrect aftercare may affect longevity and finish. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep • Hair must arrive clean, dry, fully detangled, and free from heavy oils or product build-up. • Any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or concerns must be disclosed before booking. • Unprepared hair may result in additional charges or rescheduling. • A Wash & Blow Dry Prep can be added if required.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
