Service Description
The Quick Weave is a sleek, time-efficient weave installation designed to deliver smooth, polished results with minimal tension. This service is ideal for clients seeking versatility, volume, and a refined finish, with options including Leave-Out, Closure, or Frontal Quick Weaves. Each install is tailored to your selected option and includes secure placement, seamless blending, and a professional finish. Service Notes & Hair Preparation Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions prior to booking. A consultation or assessment may be required to confirm suitability for this service. Final results depend on hair quality, density, and correct aftercare. Pricing From £80 Final pricing varies depending on the selected option, hair quantity, and desired finish. Coverage & Hair Quantity Coverage is customised to each client and depends on head size, natural hair density, and desired fullness. Recommended guidelines: • Leave-Out Quick Weave: 1.5–2 bundles • Closure Quick Weave: 2 bundles + closure • Frontal Quick Weave: 2–3 bundles + frontal Additional hair may be required for longer lengths or fuller results. Hair Selection (Required) Hair extensions are not included in the install price. Clients may: • Supply their own high-quality 100% human bundle hair, or • Pre-order Duchess Luxury Hair at least 14 days before the appointment to allow time for sourcing and preparation. Any unused hair will be returned to the client for future maintenance. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep • Hair must be clean, dry, and free from oils or conditioners • Avoid oils, serums, or leave-in products before your appointment • Maintenance is recommended every 4–6 weeks • A Wash & Blow Dry Prep can be added if required
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Lash Services Due to the precision and timing required for lash appointments, arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Location Full address details will be provided after booking confirmation via email or text. Please do not arrive without an appointment, as this is a private studio.
