Ideal for clients seeking a low-maintenance, natural look with definition and longevity. Service Notes & Hair Preparation This is a labour-only service performed on natural hair. The final style (plaits or twists), size, and overall finish will be confirmed during the appointment based on hair length, density, and desired look. Timing may vary slightly for high-density hair. Additional time will be advised during the appointment if required. Pricing From £45 Final pricing may vary depending on the chosen style, section size, hair length, and time required. Hair Selection (Required) No additional hair is required. This service is performed using the client’s own natural hair only. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep • Hair must be clean, dry, and fully detangled • Hair should be free from heavy oils, creams, or product build-up • Any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or concerns must be disclosed prior to the appointment
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Lash Services Due to the precision and timing required for lash appointments, arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Location Full address details will be provided after booking confirmation via email or text. Please do not arrive without an appointment, as this is a private studio.
