Designed to refresh your existing install, preserve hair health, and maintain seamless blending, each appointment is tailored to your chosen extension method. Maintenance for Duchess installs only Service Notes & Preparation Maintenance only. No removals or reinstallations. This service is designed to rebalance and maintain an existing install. If a full removal or reinstall is required, a separate takedown or install appointment will be necessary. • Maintenance services are available for existing installs only • Hair and scalp will be assessed prior to service • Tightening, repositioning, and minor adjustments will be carried out where required • A bond or tension assessment may be performed for keratin extensions • Small section replacements may be completed where necessary Maintenance appointments are suitable where no more than approximately 20% of the extensions require replacement or adjustment. Installations requiring significant replacement may require a reinstall service. Coverage & Hair Quantity Maintenance needs vary depending on the extension method and individual wear. Typical guidance: • Partial maintenance – crown, sides, or perimeter • Full maintenance – tightening and balancing of the existing install Your stylist will confirm suitability during your appointment. Hair Selection (Required) Hair extensions are not included in the maintenance service price. Clients may supply their own high-quality 100% human hair suitable for their extension method, or pre-order Duchess Luxury Hair at least 14 days prior to the appointment to allow sourcing and preparation. Hair Policy & Aftercare Results and longevity depend on hair condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. Maintenance is typically recommended every 6–10 weeks depending on method. Incorrect aftercare may affect longevity, comfort, and finish. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep Hair must arrive clean, dry, fully detangled, and free from heavy oils or product build-up. Maintenance appointments do not include detangling severely matted hair, full extension removals, or reinstall services. Unprepared hair may result in rescheduling of the appointment.
