Service Description
A luxury wig revamp service designed to refresh, restore, and maintain the overall appearance, softness, and styling of your existing wig. Ideal for wigs requiring glue removal, deep cleansing, detangling, curl refreshing, restyling, or general maintenance between installs. Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround: 3–5 working days from wig drop-off • Priority Revamp Service available (+£30) • Priority service aims to complete your wig within 48 hours where availability permits • Turnaround times may vary for wigs requiring extensive restoration, excessive detangling, lace repairs, or heavy adhesive removal Service Notes & Preparation • Wig cleansing and refresh included • Adhesive removal included where required • Deep conditioning treatment included • Curl refreshing, blow-drying, and luxury styling finish included • Wigs must be dropped off in reusable condition for assessment Please Note This is a wig maintenance and restoration service only and does not include wig installation or reinstall services. Additional Restoration Charges Additional restoration charges may apply for excessive glue build-up, severe tangling, damaged lace, heavy shedding, or extensive restoration work. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved prior to work commencing. Pricing From £120 Final pricing varies depending on: • Wig length and density • Overall condition of the wig • Amount of glue build-up • Detangling required • Styling requirements • Lace condition Wig Selection (Required) Clients must provide their existing wig for the revamp service. For best results: • Human hair wigs are strongly recommended • Wigs should be in reusable condition • Poor quality or severely damaged wigs may affect the final result Hair Policy & Aftercare Results and longevity depend on wig quality, maintenance, heat usage, lifestyle, and aftercare. Regular wig maintenance is recommended to help preserve softness, manageability, lace condition, and overall longevity. Extremely damaged wigs may not be suitable for the service. All wigs will be assessed upon receipt.
Cancellation Policy
• Duchess Wig Revamp is a drop-off service only. • Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from drop-off. • Priority Revamp Service may be available where selected. • Additional restoration charges may apply for excessive glue build-up, severe tangling, damaged lace, heavy shedding, or extensive restoration work. • Wigs must be provided in reusable condition. Wig Assessment If a wig is deemed unsuitable for the service following assessment, the client will be notified before any work is carried out. Collection Collection arrangements will be confirmed once the service has been completed. Booking & Rescheduling • Full payment is required when booking this service. • Appointments may be rescheduled once with the required notice period. • Any further request to reschedule will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of all monies paid. • A new booking and full payment will be required to secure a future appointment. • Repeated rescheduling may result in future bookings being declined.
