Service Includes • Consultation and hair assessment • Wet haircut tailored to your desired style • Blow dry or hood dryer finish, depending on the selected option • Shape refinement and balance check • Styling advice where required Finish Options • Blow Dry Finish is ideal for clients requiring a professional blow dry after their haircut. • Hood Dryer Finish is ideal for moulded styles, pixie cuts, and clients requiring a hood dryer setting and styling finish after their haircut. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep • Hair should be free from excessive oils, waxes, and heavy product build-up • Clients should disclose any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or hair concerns prior to the appointment • Please arrive with hair in a suitable condition for the selected service Please Note • This service includes a wet haircut and styling finish. • Clients should select the most appropriate finish option when booking. • Major restyles may require additional time and may be subject to additional charges. Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Lash Services Due to the precision and timing required for lash appointments, arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
