A lightweight strengthening ritual designed to restore balance, improve elasticity, and enhance smoothness in weakened or brittle hair. Infused with amino acids and strengthening actives, this treatment supports resilience while delivering a polished, light-reflective shine and silky finish. Please select Voluminous Hair if your hair is thick, very full, or extends past shoulder length. This allows sufficient time and product to be allocated for a seamless, high-quality result. Service Notes & Hair Preparation Please review before booking to ensure your appointment runs smoothly. • Treatments are designed to nourish, repair, and strengthen the hair. • Some treatments require hood dryer or steam processing for full absorption — please allow the full treatment time listed. • Clients booking strengthening or moisture treatments must disclose any recent chemical services for product compatibility. • If you experience severe breakage, scalp conditions, or known product sensitivities, please contact the studio prior to booking so the most suitable treatment can be selected. • For optimal results, finishing with a trim or silk press is recommended to maintain healthy ends and maximise treatment benefits. Hair Policy & Aftercare What affects longevity & results • Results and longevity depend on hair condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. • Hair should be maintained using suitable professional products. • Excessive heat, heavy oils, or improper home care may reduce treatment effectiveness. • Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to support long-term hair health. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep What must be done before arrival • Hair must arrive detangled, free from heavy oils, and in a suitable condition for the selected service unless otherwise advised. • Clients should disclose any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or hair concerns prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Lash Services Due to the precision and timing required for lash appointments, arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
