A deeply nourishing hydration ritual designed too replenish moisture, restore softness, and improve manageability in dry or dehydrated hair. This treatment works to smooth the cuticle and revive the hair's natural vitality, leaving it softer, more supple, and visibly healthier with a clean, polished finish. Your service includes a professional cleanse, moisture-infusing treatment application, steam or heat processing for optimal absorption, rinse, light trim, and a silk press finish for a smooth, glossy, salon-quality result. Please select Voluminous Hair if your hair is thick, very full, or extends past shoulder length. This allows sufficient time and product to be allocated for a seamless, high-quality finish. Hair Policy & Aftercare What affects longevity & results • Results and longevity vary depending on hair condition, lifestyle, and aftercare routine. • Hair should be maintained using suitable professional products. • Excessive heat, heavy oils, or inconsistent home care may reduce the longevity of results. • Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to support long-term hair health. Service Notes & Hair Preparation • This treatment is designed to restore moisture balance and improve overall softness and manageability. • Steam or hood dryer processing is used to support deeper absorption and enhanced results. • Clients booking hydration treatments must disclose any recent chemical services to ensure product compatibility. • If you are experiencing excessive dryness, breakage, or scalp concerns, please contact the studio prior to booking so the most suitable treatment can be advised. • For best results, finishing with a trim or silk press is recommended to maintain healthy ends and enhance the final finish. Salon Preparation / Hair Prep What must be done before arrival • Hair must arrive detangled and free from heavy oils or product build-up unless otherwise advised. • All scalp conditions, sensitivities, or concerns must be disclosed prior to the appointment. • Unprepared hair may result in additional time, charges, or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Lash Services Due to the precision and timing required for lash appointments, arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
