A luxury wig customisation service designed to create a more natural, seamless, and realistic finish before installation. Ideal for wigs requiring knot bleaching, lace tinting, hairline customisation, plucking, and overall preparation prior to wear or installation. Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround: 3–5 working days from wig drop-off • Priority Customisation Service available (+£30) • Priority service aims to complete your wig within 48 hours where availability permits • Turnaround times may vary depending on wig condition and customisation requirements Service Notes & Preparation • Knot bleaching included where required • Hairline customisation and plucking included where required • Lace tinting included where required • Wig preparation included prior to installation • Basic styling finish included • Wigs must be dropped off in reusable condition for assessment Please Note • This is a wig customisation service only and does not include wig installation or reinstall services. • Customisation results may vary depending on lace quality, wig construction, and previous processing. Additional charges may apply where significant glue removal, detangling, repairs, or restoration work is required before customisation can begin. Pricing From £75 Final pricing varies depending on: • Wig type (closure or frontal) • Wig density • Wig condition • Lace condition • Previous customisation work Wig Selection (Required) Clients must provide their existing wig for the customisation service. For best results: • Human hair wigs are strongly recommended • Wigs should be in reusable condition • Poor quality or heavily processed wigs may affect the final result Hair Policy & Aftercare Results and longevity depend on wig quality, maintenance, installation technique, heat usage, lifestyle, and aftercare. Proper maintenance and storage are recommended to help preserve the customised finish and overall longevity of the wig. Extremely damaged wigs may not be suitable for the service. All wigs will be assessed upon receipt.
Cancellation Policy
• Duchess HD Wig Customisation is a drop-off service only. • Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from drop-off. • Priority Customisation Service may be available where selected. • Wigs must be provided in reusable condition. • Human hair wigs are strongly recommended for best results. • Additional charges may apply for heavily over-plucked, damaged, or previously customised wigs. Wig Assessment If a wig is deemed unsuitable for the service following assessment, the client will be notified before any work is carried out. Collection Collection arrangements will be confirmed once the service has been completed. Booking & Rescheduling • Full payment is required when booking this service. • Appointments may be rescheduled once with the required notice period. • Any further request to reschedule will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of all monies paid. • A new booking and full payment will be required to secure a future appointment. • Repeated rescheduling may result in future bookings being declined.
