Service Description
A timeless eyelash service designed to enhance your natural lashes with length, definition, and a clean, elegant finish. Classic lashes are applied using a 1:1 technique, attaching one extension to each natural lash for a soft, polished look. Perfect for clients seeking subtle enhancement, everyday wear, or a refined lash look without added volume. Please note: If you are booking an infill, a minimum of 40–50% of lashes must be remaining. Sets with insufficient retention may require a full set or additional time. Service Notes & Lash Preparation Please review before booking to ensure your appointment runs smoothly. • Lashes must arrive clean and free from makeup, oils, or residue • Avoid caffeine before your appointment to reduce eye movement • Clients booking infills must have existing classic lashes only • Lash health, retention, and suitability are assessed during your appointment • Results and longevity depend on natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare
Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified within the service description. • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future bookings • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking fee Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. Booking fees remain non-refundable. Lash Services Due to the precision and timing required for lash appointments, arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
