1. No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or collected.

 

This includes hair bundles, wefts, closures, frontals, wigs, tape-ins, and all custom orders.

 

2. Quality Assurance

Every item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

 

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and a detailed explanation, so we can investigate.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect prior to installation or use.

 

Once the hair has been unwrapped, altered, dyed, cut, installed, or otherwise used, it is no longer eligible for review or refund.

 

4. Order Cancellations

 Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

 

5. Colour & Texture Disclaimer

All hair is 100% human hair. Slight variations in colour, tone, pattern, or texture may occur, as no two items are identical. These variations are not considered defects.

Hair purchased for installation appointments may be delivered directly to Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio for preparation, customisation, and quality checks prior to the appointment where required.

 

Delivery instructions will be provided after booking confirmation where applicable.

 

All luxury hair orders at Duchess Hair & Beauty Studio are custom-sourced and prepared upon purchase.

 

Processing Time:

5–10 business days for preparation and quality checks.

 

Shipping Time (after processing):

Each wig is crafted from premium, double-drawn Vietnamese hair selected for exceptional softness, strength, and longevity. The hair is sourced from single-donor origins and carefully processed to maintain cuticle alignment, resulting in a natural appearance with minimal shedding and tangling.

 

Available textures include Straight, Body Wave, and BurmeseCurly, allowing you to choose the finish that best complements your desired look.

 

Due to the raw and authentic nature of the hair, slight variations in wave pattern, colour tone, and density may occur. These natural characteristics are a hallmark of genuine, minimally processed human hair and are not considered defects.

 

Colour Guide:

 

• Natural – soft natural brown tones, ideal for blending with untreated hair

• Dark – rich black tones within the 1B/black range

• Blonde – professionally pre-lightened blonde, supplied as a base for optional professional toning if required

 

 

Each wig is supplied as a complete, single-piece unit to ensure consistency in colour, texture, and overall finish. Any colouring, toning, or customisation should always be carried out by a qualified professional to preserve the integrity and longevity of the hair.

 

Blonde wigs are supplied in a professionally pre-lightened blonde tone. As with all raw hair, exact shade and warmth may vary slightly and are intended as a base for optional professional toning if required.
